If there is no history of AlimTalk message delivery or consultation for 30 days after reactivating the channel from the Dormant status, it'll become dormant again.If 1 year passes in the status of Dormant, the KakaoTalk Channel will be deleted.If no history of AlimTalk message delivery or consultation exists for 1 year, then the channel will be switched to Dormant.The KakaoTalk Channel status will be changed to Normal.When the pop-up window appears, click the button.Select the KakaoTalk Channel you want to reactivate and then click the button.Select the project with the KakaoTalk Channel to reactivate.The following shows how to reactivate a dormant KakaoTalk Channel. Basically, you can transfer only within the same account.If the project for the transfer is not set for using the Biz Message, first set it for using the Biz Message and then transfer. You can transfer the KakaoTalk Channel only to a project set for using the Biz Message.The KakaoTalk Channel will be registered and displayed on the list.Click the button and enter the received authentication number.Business operator category: select the business category of the Channel.The authentication number is sent as a KakaoTalk message.Administrator contact info: enter the contact information of the administrator to receive the authentication number.The message is received by the receiver in the name of the registered KakaoTalk Channel.KakaoTalk Channel: enter the ID for search when creating the KakaoTalk Channel.When the Register KakaoTalk Channel popup window appears, enter the KakaoTalk Channel information.Select the project to register a KakaoTalk Channel and click the button.Click the menus of Biz Message > KakaoTalk Channel in order.Click the menus of Services > Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service, in that order.Click the environment you are using in the Region menu and Platform menu of the NAVER Cloud Platform console.Only a KakaoTalk Channel with business certification can be registered. Once approval is complete, you can register your KakaoTalk Channel and AlimTalk template.Submit your business registration certificate, employment certificate (copy of ID card with the last 6 digits of the resident registration number masked for individual business owners), and pledge as attached files.Enter "SENS Biz Message approval request" in the Subject field, and write your approval request in the body.Search by selecting SENS for the inquiry type and select Application Services > Simple & Easy Notification Service (SENS) > Biz Message from the results.From the NAVER Cloud Platform console, click the Contact us menu.Please first proceed with the authentication in the following order. To register a KakaoTalk Channel and use AlimTalk and FriendTalk, you must submit the same business information as the business information submitted during business authentication for the KakaoTalk Channel admin center for approval. The name has been changed from Yellow ID into Plus Friend on May 24, 2017, and has been changed from Plus Friend into KakaoTalk Channel on September 17, 2019.
